Mixology Expert

The Grape & Grain is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and other drinks
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide exceptional service
• Assess customer preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience
• Develop and implement a bar menu that showcases our offerings
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age restrictions
• Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
• Focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Comply with all relevant food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixology professional
• Excellent knowledge of drink preparation, presentation, and service
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar environment
• Relevant training or certification

Compensation and Availability:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 and flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts.
