Job Title: Project Coordination Expert

Duration: 6 months contract with potential for extension

Location: Remote

We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative professional to assist in our program scheduling efforts across various domains within Electronic and Mechanical Systems. This role encompasses areas such as Hydraulic Systems, Flight Controls, Avionics, and beyond. You will collaborate with teams to formulate and integrate schedules using Open Plan Professional (OPP) and produce visuals and other outputs to facilitate management reporting on program schedule status.

Our systems products cover the entire aircraft, including mechanical systems that control flaps and electronic systems that enable pilot communication with ground crews. We partner with engineers and suppliers globally to create schedules that align with other aircraft components and external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies. As we progress with flight testing and aim for future accreditation milestones, your expertise will be vital in defining schedules that heavily rely on engineering completion.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in integrated scheduling or project management
  • 3+ years in a Business Operations or Project/Program Management capacity
  • 3+ years managing schedules or projects utilizing standard project management tools (such as OPP or MS Project)
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team in a multifaceted work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
