Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Support Admin with Insight Global, you will be responsible for managing a complex business calendar, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating senior leadership meetings and activities. You will also collect and consolidate management data, organize confidential files, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting a sales organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a medical device company or medical office
