Client Relations Specialist

OMI Inc. is a prominent marketing and business growth organization dedicated to fostering relationships with major telecommunication providers. Our mission is to enhance customer acquisition and elevate awareness of innovative products and services.
We are currently in search of a Customer Service Associate who will engage directly with our clientele to promote and inform them about our partners' offerings. This role will provide an opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team, gaining valuable experience in customer relations, sales, direct marketing, and business development.
The Customer Service Associate will operate within designated market areas, educating customers about our services while delivering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients by addressing inquiries regarding products and services, and provide insightful recommendations.
- Establish customer accounts by accurately documenting account details.
- Address product or service concerns by clarifying customer issues and providing solutions.
- Identify potential product or service opportunities for management by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
- Support team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to all Customer Service Associates.
This position requires in-office attendance and is set to commence promptly.
Operational Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
