Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Priority Technology Holdings, LLC. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for performing risk analysis studies to maintain maximum protection of our organization's assets. You will investigate any incidents that may result in asset loss and compile findings in reports for further review.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned reviews and tasks in a timely fashion.
- Manage incoming calls and assist clients with concerns or issues.
- Assist senior level team members with cases or additional tasks.
- Requests and releases are completed as cases are worked.
- Continue to train and learn the process.
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular and predictable attendance considering any rights to leaves provided by law or company policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related field.
- Quick learning and ability to adapt to changing work environment.
- Highly professional demeanor and appearance.
- Sound ability to make decisions.
- Must be a good communicator.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; able to handle a situation under pressure and find a solution; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
- Ability to receive and analyze data.
- Must be able to receive and understand instructions, and carry out those instructions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range: $50,000 - $68,000
- Unlimited PTO after year 1 (3 weeks to start)

Traditional Physical Requirements:
