The ideal candidate will operate within designated market areas, educating customers about available services and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients by addressing inquiries regarding products and services, and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Establish customer accounts by accurately documenting necessary information.
  • Address product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and providing solutions.
  • Identify and recommend potential products or services to management based on customer feedback and needs analysis.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related outcomes as required.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided to all Customer Service Associates.

This position is in-office and is set to commence immediately.

Operational Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
