Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Confirmations Team, you will work closely with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and written channels to address queries and concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
