  • Prospect Follow-up: Consistently follow up with all prospects to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Gym Tours: Conduct informative and engaging gym tours to showcase the benefits and amenities of Golds Gym DC Metro Area.
  • Telephone Inquiries: Respond to telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and addressing customer concerns.
  • Policy Adherence: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and adherence to Golds Gym policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and compliant member experience.
  • Sales Development: Assume responsibility for developing and enhancing sales skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Presale Location Sales: Drive sales growth for Presale locations, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Service Upsell: Maintain a high level of service upsell, achieving a minimum of 50% attachment for Studio/On-Demand 30-Day Trail and 10% PT attachment (non-Presale).
  • Community Events: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute community events that promote Golds Gym DC Metro Area and drive sales growth.
