The Job:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Intake Management: Manage a high-volume intake system, ensuring efficient processing of incoming inquiries.
  • Lead Screenings: Conduct lead screenings to assess case eligibility and prioritize accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other Legal Intake Specialists to complete special projects and achieve team objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma (Minimum requirement)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

Compensation and Benefits:
