Job Description:

We're looking for an Intake Specialist I in Pennsylvania. This hybrid role requires semi-regular commutes to our Philadelphia office. Candidates must have current HHA or PCA certification or be willing to gain certification. The Intake Specialist I will work closely with clients, caregivers, and departments to ensure seamless enrollment processes for our patients. Your goal is to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring our clients receive needed care. You'll receive excellent in-house training to develop a thorough understanding of our program and enjoy continued career development opportunities.

  • Ensure a complete and effective enrollment process for all prospective clients into the PAS program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and positive experiences for potential patients/caregivers.
  • Manage open caseloads until the enrollment process is complete.

Awarded base pay is between $16.00 and $20.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions depend on factors such as skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
