Training Coordinator - Restaurant Operations

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for creating training initiatives, intake new hires, and developing aspiring leaders. You will also work closely with other department leaders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver operational excellence by working in strategic areas of the business
  • Identify training needs and create targeted training initiatives
  • Intake new hires and oversee their first 30 days in the business
  • Develop aspiring leaders and provide a clear growth path for team members
Requirements
  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Experience in training, coaching or teaching
  • Assertive & friendly personality
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Passion for Cooper Connect's values
  • Full Time Availability
