Corporate Sales Manager at Cook's Pest Control, Inc.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mastering door-to-door sales methodologies through extensive training initiatives
  • Acquiring necessary skills and certifications
  • Adhering to the prescribed sales framework for effective customer engagement
  • Implementing door-to-door sales for Cook's offerings
  • Providing mentorship and training to designated personnel
  • Efficiently utilizing the company's enterprise management system
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • Observing field operations and assessing sales strategies
  • Conducting training sessions for sales personnel at various organizational tiers
  • Enhancing market presence by securing new business opportunities in targeted regions
  • Achieving monthly sales objectives in pest control
  • Analyzing and navigating the competitive landscape
  • Performing additional assigned responsibilities as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Valid Driver's License is required
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations, including email
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute with accuracy
  • Successful completion of a Drug Test, Background Check, and Driving Record evaluation
  • Adherence to Cook's Grooming Policy, which includes specific guidelines regarding tattoos, facial hair, earrings, and hairstyles

Travel Requirements: Significant travel is necessary within designated regions, including visits to various districts and corporate offices for program development.
