About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Saft America, Inc. as a Sales Manager for the Central US Region. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing our telecom battery solutions business in the region by developing and executing growth plans for existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Present and promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular sales reports to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a B2B outside sales representative, preferably in the electrical solution or other technology product market
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales for technical solutions
  • Proven record in achieving growth and budget on a consistent basis
  • Proficient with computers and advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Travel is required - approximately 50% of the time
