Position Overview

The Regional Channel Lead (RCL) plays a critical role in meeting or exceeding performance objectives by aligning strategy with channel partners who sell Xerox products, solutions, and services. This position is a key influencer of partner strategy and business performance, serving as a thought leader, industry expert, and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results and year-over-year growth through assigned and recruited partners within the geographic coverage area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and peer groups at various management levels.
  • Travel frequently to engage with partners and customers.

Scope and Impact

The RCL role typically carries a revenue target of $4-12M, achieved by working with existing partners in the SMB market space. This position is responsible for enabling partners to generate profitable revenue growth through a deep understanding of their business model and drivers, as well as a strong financial understanding and market knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • BA/BS or significant sales experience.
  • Significant demonstrable track record and results in channel/partnership management.
  • Experience in indirect sales environments, substantial sales and marketing experience in channel sales, including competitor information.
  • Solid understanding of P&L and balance sheets.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the market place in which Xerox operates.
  • Successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and influencing.
