Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and vendors, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Assist with operational functions such as inventory management and delivery coordination.
  • Perform physical job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly.

Requirements:

  • Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
