Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Dental Team Finder. As a Regional Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead all sales-related inquiries for our proprietary orthodontic solution
  • Generate leads and manage the territory through inputting sales-related data into our CRM system
  • Develop, manage, and report sales pipeline for territory metrics and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and report competitive intel, technical issues, and service-related feedback to improve our solutions and market planning
  • Serve as a key lead with our Practice Development Specialist during customer onboarding
  • Prepare reports to keep management and team members informed of industry news, customer news, sales objectives, accomplishments, and competitive information
  • Hunt for new sales and manage existing business for penetration and upgrade opportunities with our product portfolio
  • Grow and develop the market through inside market knowledge, sales, and market development strategies
  • Responsible for revenue, volume, and profitability targets in the territory

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Business discipline or related field preferred
  • Orthodontic knowledge or experience highly preferred
  • Ability to sell conceptually versus transactionally
  • Interpersonal relationship experience, including problem-solving and decision-making
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience (Hubspot preferred)
  • Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge in CRM and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven, and adaptable/flexible to deliver to Sales Goals
