Position Summary:

Serigor Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team, focusing on System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our innovative cloud-based solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the successful implementation of our new Procurement Automated Support System (PASS Cloud), which is designed to enhance procurement processes for various government agencies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by overseeing project planning activities, including the development and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Facilitate the coordination of weekly status reports and prepare comprehensive PMO status updates.
  • Utilize prior experience to analyze complex project schedules and create effective project plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and artifacts, ensuring accessibility for the project team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in project management software and office applications.

Desired Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead testing initiatives within enterprise-level integration projects.
  • Experience in managing multiple technical teams and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
