As a key member of our team, you'll travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment, ensuring seamless operations and fostering long-lasting relationships. Your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills will make all the difference in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, upgrades, and servicing
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal equipment functionality
  • Collaborate closely with customers to provide tailored technical solutions and recommendations
  • Provide comprehensive training on equipment operation and maintenance to empower customers
  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing to uphold equipment reliability
  • Manage inventory and document technical issues for swift problem resolution and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Technical aptitude with basic electro-mechanical and computer skills (training provided)
  • Tech-savvy individual who enjoys hands-on tasks and embracing cutting-edge technologies
  • Broad experience in copier machines, printers/scanners, ATMs, PCs, appliances, HVAC systems, vending machines, and servo-controllers (advantageous)
  • Customer-centric approach with demonstrated 1-2 years of direct customer service experience
  • Qualifications: valid U.S. Driver's License and High School Diploma or GED
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. (dual lift up to 150 lbs.)
