We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our Residential Healthcare Facility in Monsey, NY.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of resident care services
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new policies
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs
