We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our Residential Healthcare Facility in Monsey, NY.

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing support to our nursing staff. Your strong leadership skills and experience in long-term care will be essential in maintaining a safe and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
