We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our Monsey, NY facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Identify and address any concerns or issues related to resident care or facility operations
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs
