We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our facility in Monsey, NY.

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring that their needs are met, and that they receive the highest level of care possible. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, and provide guidance and support to our nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
