We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our facility in Monsey, NY.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing support to our nursing staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Lead and develop a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs.
