Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our Monsey, NY facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal resident outcomes
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and treatment
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software
