About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care by maintaining and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, maintain, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
  • Process case carts and store sterile items in a sterile environment
  • Orient staff to the sterile processing environment
  • Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an approved Central Service Technician course
  • 1 year of hospital sterile processing experience
