We are a team of dedicated professionals who work hard every day to protect families and communities. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Specialist.

This is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity that offers a fair base wage, plus the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions by working hard and protecting people. As an Insurance Account Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and using a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate customers about insurance options.

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate customers about insurance options.
Be willing to work hard every day on our mission of protecting people.

Compensation: $40k plus commission guarantee and opportunity to earn unlimited commission. Includes Medical, dental, vision, and Retirement Plan. If you are already licensed and have experience, the compensation will be more.
