Sales Representative, Monitoring Solutions

The Associate/Account Executive, Monitoring will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Nihon Kohden's Monitoring Sales organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting sales efforts and objectives within an assigned Region, fostering strong customer relationships, and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the territory, leveraging expertise to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support sales, marketing, and national account strategies, with a focus on Nihon Kohden Monitoring Supplies and Accessories within the Region.
- Maintain superior market awareness, monitoring customer and competitor trends, and advising management on methods to improve company competitiveness.
- Assist marketing and sales management in developing and implementing new sales strategies, tactics, and tools for new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products and sales methodologies, utilizing sales tools as directed.
- Meet or exceed territory sales goals, pipeline, and presentation metrics, effectively developing rapport with key decision makers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- 0-6+ years of experience in hospital or related sales; sales experience in capital or multiple modality medical sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, public relations, and oral presentation skills; well-organized, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer applications.
- High degree of personal motivation to achieve goals, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
Your Total Target Compensation (TTC) is composed of a $75,000 - $90,000 base salary plus incentives for achieving defined business goals, including commission, bonus, business objectives, or a combination thereof.

Working ConditionsThe regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required.
Generally, this role may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision.
Must reside in assigned territory (WA/AK) and be willing to travel approximately 80% of the time.
