Job Summary

The Associate/Account Executive, Monitoring will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Nihon Kohden Monitoring Sales organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting sales efforts and objectives in an assigned Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the territory, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through discovery of Monitoring Service Lines and Monitoring Supported Services.
  • Support sales, marketing, and national account strategies as directed by management, with a focus on Nihon Kohden Monitoring Supplies and Accessories within the Region.
  • Maintain superior market awareness by monitoring customer and competitor trends, advising management on methods to improve company competitiveness.
  • Assist marketing and sales management in developing and implementing new sales strategies, tactics, and tools for new market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products and sales methodologies, using and maintaining sales tools as directed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 0-6+ years of experience in hospital or related sales; sales experience in capital or multiple modality medical sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, public relations, and oral presentation skills; well-organized, problem-solving abilities, and proficient in using computer applications.
Compensation and Benefits

Your Total Target Compensation (TTC) is composed of a $75,000 - $90,000 base salary plus incentives for achieving defined business goals, including commission, bonus, business objectives, or combination thereof.
