Requirements

  • Technical Experience: 1+ years of call center experience in a technical setting is required, with a strong understanding of electronics, networking (TCP/IP), and cloud technology.
  • Industry Knowledge: Industry experience in physical security and access control is a plus, with a keen interest in SaaS and IoT.
  • Soft Skills: Strong service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education and Certifications: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
