Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, or RFP responses in support of proposed solutions.

  • Actively participate in meetings with prospective clients.

  • Work with Operations, Pharmacy, and other internal stakeholders to develop solutions and meaningful service levels (KPIs/SLAs) that measure solution performance.

  • Oversee the implementation of new clients and services to ensure contracted solutions are delivered according to transition guarantees.

  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure ongoing value, identifying opportunities to enhance solutions as products and services mature.

  • Evaluate operational processes for efficiency, providing recommendations to leverage technology and personnel for increased effectiveness.

  • Maintain an onsite presence to manage accounts, develop relationships, and lead associated projects.

  • Train and develop internal staff, serving as a leader and mentor to the immediate team and other associates, ensuring staffing and training needs are met.

  • Manage 1-6 clients with teams of 150-175 FTEs, including Associate Directors, Program Managers, and Supervisors.

Key Attributes:

  • Direct oversight of service solutions, including assessment, concept, launch, growth, and measurable results.

  • Passion for tackling complex product solutions within a competitive industry landscape.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence customers effectively.

  • Strategic thinking based on competition, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.

  • Innovative mindset, willing to take educated risks to solve problems and achieve mutual wins.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organization, management, and execution capabilities.

  • Proactive monitoring and adjustment of activities to meet changing circumstances and priorities.

  • Independent action with sound business intelligence and professional maturity, working through others to achieve goals.

  • Ability to build consensus among cross-functional departments and bring projects to closure.

  • Skill in cultivating relationships and navigating complex organizational structures.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.

  • Healthcare industry experience in providing or managing product service solutions, with biopharma specialty product experience as a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business, public health administration, or social services; master's or advanced degree preferred.
