Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive sales while offering expert advice on our range of products. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our product range to automotive enthusiasts, retailers, and repair shops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by actively seeking new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including 12V car audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, and various car accessories.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the Territory Manager and Dow management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car audio or automotive accessories industry.
  • Experience in a 12V sales environment is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of car audio systems, 12V products, and automotive accessories.
  • Ability to learn and convey technical product details effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Basic understanding of car audio installation and troubleshooting is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or electronics is a plus.
