Job Description

As a key member of the Synopsys Global Account team, the Executive Account Manager plays a critical role in driving sales to achieve revenue and booking goals. This involves working directly and through the account sales team to build pipeline and expand usage and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with key customers
  • Develop and execute short and long-term growth opportunities by building relationships with key executive and technical managers of existing, potential, and new customers
  • Act as a liaison/program manager working closely with R&D, Product Marketing, and Application Engineers to address and satisfy customer requirements
  • Collaborate with Global Account Managers, Sales Managers, TSSM's, Executive Account Managers, Applications Consultants, Corporate Applications Engineers, Marketing, and R&D to meet and exceed established objectives of the account team
Requirements
  • BS/MS in EE with a minimum of 5 years related experience in technical selling or business development
  • Good understanding of the EDA market, tools flows & methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with executives, engineering management, and financial staff at all levels
  • Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Compensation

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $166,000-$250,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
