Account Manager

This role is responsible for growing and enhancing customer relationships with Prosys, identifying opportunities within their current customer base, and leveraging marketing activities sponsored by Prosys. The Account Manager will engage face-to-face with customers through a consultative sales approach to develop business plans that satisfy particular customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of sales achievement, a high level of professionalism, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional competencies include strong communication and listening skills, the ability to determine the correct solutions with the assistance of technical resources, and present and close these solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and align with Winning Together values.
- Schedule and attend meetings with customers and prospective customers as requested.
- Maintain customer relationships by informing current and future customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products, responding to customer inquiries, and motivating customers to buy.
- Manage existing clients with assigned incumbent AE's, including pre-qualifying new opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and conducting up-sell call campaigns.
- Provide proposals and quotations for less complex solutions as needed.
- Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Technology background or experience is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work.
- Highly organized and professional self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and personal judgment.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Ability to travel to meetings and have a valid Driver's License.
