Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute market strategies for various regions, ensuring effective problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Analyze data from previous marketing campaigns to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Maintain healthy and stable relationships with merchants and the platform, optimizing the user experience and driving mutual success.
  • Utilize personal networks to acquire new users and foster cross-industry collaborations.
  • Expand and maintain media resource relationships, creating and executing media partnership plans.
  • Establish and implement external communication strategies to enhance brand recognition and influence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of MKT experience, including online and offline channels, with at least 1 year of team and KPI management experience, familiar with local Chinese user groups.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in the food delivery or local life industry.
  • Strong time management, project management, and resource coordination skills.
  • Ability to systematize market planning, operation, and promotion channel management.
  • Capacity to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, manage teams, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Creative problem-solving, data analysis, market, and consumer insight skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and possession of a valid driver's license.
