About the Role

Cision is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct demos, meetings, and negotiations to close and win deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Build a strong pipeline of potential clients to help generate leads and revenue.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Analyze and understand client needs to propose relevant services and products.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned and self-prospected accounts.
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Proven Sales Success: 3-5 years of proven sales success in an Account Executive or Sales Development role.
  • Mid-market SaaS Experience: Mid-market SaaS experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of social media and/or digital marketing is essential.
  • Sales Cycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, principles, and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Results Orientation: Strong motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Coachability: Coachable, proactive, and winning attitude is essential.
