FINANCIAL GROWTH SPECIALIST

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Are you a driven financial expert eager to advance your career in a dynamic environment while making a significant sales impact? City National Bank, a premier investment management firm catering to high-net-worth clients, seeks a compelling communicator with the determination and tenacity to foster new Financial Advisor connections while advancing their career in financial services sales and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize diverse prospecting techniques, including outbound calls and email outreach, to connect with potential leads.
- Inform financial advisors about the advantages of outsourcing their investment management to our firm, which includes access to a skilled team and a comprehensive range of investment products and services.
- Conduct preliminary consultations with interested advisors to evaluate their needs and determine compatibility with our services.
- Maintain follow-up communication with leads to cultivate relationships and convert them into clients.
- Facilitate introductions of interested Advisors to the local Sales team, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to guarantee timely and accurate follow-ups, enhancing conversion rates.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our firm in the marketplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (3 to 5 years) in investment sales or internal sales support.
- Proficiency in basic software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the financial services sector and investment management practices.
- Proven skills in sales, marketing, client experience, business development, analytics, and CRM.
- Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of leads effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- High energy, emotional resilience, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

COMPENSATION:
Starting base salary: $71,825 - $114,734 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
