Aerospace Quality Assurance Inspector

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors to join our dynamic team at Saxon Aerospace USA. This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed primary and first article inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Perform comprehensive receiving inspections on incoming materials.
  • Audit work packages to confirm that all tasks have been completed accurately and documented properly.
  • Execute continuity inspections to ensure repairs are completed as per requirements.
  • Research and gather relevant technical data to support inspection processes.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documentation effectively.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in aerospace quality control.
  • Proficient in using measuring and testing instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting.
  • Capable of lifting and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods, typically 8-10 hours.
  • Prepared for exposure to elevated noise levels in the work environment.

Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $30.
