Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Quality Inspectors to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed primary and first article inspections to guarantee product integrity.
  • Perform comprehensive receiving inspections on incoming materials.
  • Audit work packages to confirm that all tasks are completed accurately and documented appropriately.
  • Execute continuity inspections to verify that previously identified issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Research and gather necessary technical data to support inspection processes.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in aerospace quality control methodologies.
  • Proficient in using measuring and testing instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical demands include pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Exposure to elevated noise levels and distractions.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30.

This position requires compliance with (ITAR) export control regulations. Candidates must meet the definition of a "U.S. Person" as per 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
