CompensationThe hourly compensation for this role ranges between $11.05 and $14.43, offering a competitive pay scale that reflects the value we place on our team members' skills and expertise.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Specialist - Baked Goods Expert, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to our company standards. You will also organize and stock work areas, prepare food to company standards by following process cards, and follow food safety and handling standards and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You must possess incredible guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions is essential.
- You should be able to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
- Ability to maintain processes and policies is a must.
- You should be able to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
- You will receive weekly pay and a 15-cent fuel discount.
