Automotive Sales Professional

About the Role:
Greg Hubler Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, taking them through a thorough needs analysis, and making suitable product recommendations. You will also be responsible for negotiating deals, accurately logging activities, and delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations, and organizing test drives
Negotiating deals with customers
Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
Learning to overcome objections, closing sales, and performing all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Sales experience preferred
Clean driving record & valid driver's license required
Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings required
Automotive sales experience preferred
Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base preferred
Knowledge of current trends and news
