BDC Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDC Representative to join our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Respond to internet sales leads and communicate with customers to identify their needs and wants in a vehicle purchase
• Book appointments based on customer preferences, inventory, and sales associate availability
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships through thorough follow-up
• Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day to cultivate new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work Saturdays and evenings
• Call center experience a plus
• Automotive experience a plus
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
