VP of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP of Business Development to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, promoting our hospice services to local healthcare communities.
- Maintain continuity of existing business and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Manage teams of business development staff, including training and professional development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiate sales and marketing activity to meet or exceed goals.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. A bachelor's degree is required, and five years of direct sales experience in healthcare services is necessary. Two to four years of healthcare sales management experience is also required.
