We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our Commercial Transactions team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our global legal services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business of TD SYNNEX by leading the regional Transaction team as directed by the VP, Global Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Legal Issues: Lead the regional Transaction team in managing legal issues with a focus on trade practices in IT distribution with minimal supervision.
  • Counsel and Advise: Counsel and advise management on legal problems in the transactional law area and work closely with local management teams.
  • Negotiate and Conduct Transactions: Participate in or conduct negotiations and transactions on behalf of TD SYNNEX and assist in the defense of the organization in legal action.
  • Support Legal Compliance: Support legal compliance activities focused on the mentioned area.
Requirements:
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment and make sound legal decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Able to communicate legal research information clearly and concisely to others and write clear and logical legal briefs, reports, and other documents.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Able to coach others in the development of their skills and supervise their daily operational work.
  • Business Acumen: Able to advise on legal aspects of TD SYNNEX's business within the country using sound legal and business judgment.
  • Education and Qualifications: Qualified legal degree from a certified educational institution required and qualified and admitted to the practice of law in the Country.
