Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef Banquets to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production, plating, and presentation of food at all banquets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with event planners and clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sous chef or equivalent role in a high-end restaurant or banquet setting.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct kitchen staff.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
