About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Grove Bay Hospitality Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards
  • Assist with menu planning and development, including creating new menu ideas and specials
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering supplies to minimize waste and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation

Requirements
