About the Role

TWE Global is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Luxury Wine Portfolio team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our luxury wine portfolio in the Southwest market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the luxury wine portfolio in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including sommeliers, decision-makers, and distributor staff.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing new points of distribution and expanding by-the-glass placements.
  • Collaborate with the Luxury Director to manage luxury allocations and execute sales plans.
  • Provide expert knowledge and training to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders on our luxury wine portfolio.
  • Develop and execute affinity programming, including collector dinners and other educational opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of luxury marketing or sales experience in the beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining key trade account relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak before large audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Knowledge of wine, wine terms, and growing techniques.
  • Passion for luxury wine and the ability to continuously learn new wines and brands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing programs.
