Job Title: Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Connecticut Institute for Communities Inc. (CIFC Health). As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to our adult and pediatric clients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive initial behavioral health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination and case management.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to CIFC Health policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, case conferences, and supervision to ensure best practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and providers to ensure seamless referrals and linkages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Connecticut.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults, in various settings.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued.
  • Strong commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
