Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service (IICAPS) team. As an IICAPS Clinician, you will work with early school-aged children and their families to provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with families
  • Provide home-based individual and family therapies, crisis response, and parent guidance
  • Collaborate with other professionals and team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to client locations
