Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. as a School Based Licensed Therapist. This is a full-time, school year (44 week) position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations to identify students' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to students, as well as crisis interventions and support.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support for students.
  • Document all clinical interventions and maintain accurate records in accordance with state regulatory expectations.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • Must hold a current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
