Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, and other necessary supplies.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests, using standard recipes and practicing portion control.
  • Abide by all state and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
  • Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time.
